Sorry for the radio-silence last friday. Part 11 is a bit delayed, but I’ll tell you something nice: Novik the Novice will be concluded by the end of October. That means that the next two installments (possibly they’ll be split into several smaller segments) will be the last chapters of Novik’s adventure. Huzza! Lets get together for a climactic finale!
What will happen after that?
Well, November is NaNoWriMo (if you don’t know what NaNoWriMo is you need to check it out. Basically it’s a worldwide thing where people like you and me sit down and respond to the challenge of writing a novel in 30 days. It’s great. http://www.nanowrimo.org/whatisnano), so instead of working on separate things for my blog, I will document my progress in the National Novel Writing Month here. Tune in and see how good I am at procrastinating, or, even better, sign up at NaNoWriMo and take the challenge with me!
After that, we’ll see. The next installment in tales from the Valley of men is already a work in progress, so hopefully you’ll see it here after November. It is called ‘The Fire of Kalanthe’.
